Fonix has announced a share buyback programme for up to 230,000 ordinary shares (about 0.23% of share capital), to be funded from the company’s cash resources. The move follows a reduction in holdings by the Concert Party and will be carried out on the open market by Cavendish Capital Markets Limited under a non‑discretionary agreement.
