Formycon: H1 2026 revenue nearly tripled, adjusted EBITDA significantly improved

Formycon reports that first-half 2026 revenue nearly tripled year-on-year and adjusted EBITDA improved to -6.9 Mio. EUR (previously -19.2 Mio. EUR). Drivers were milestone payments (14.3 Mio. Formycon improves preliminary results for fiscal year 2025 and schedules audited annual financial statements

Formycon reports a significant improvement in its preliminary operating figures for 2025: group EBITDA improves from -€12m to around -€4m, and group adjusted EBITDA from -€7m to around -€2m.
