FRIWO lowers 2026 forecast and plans move to Scale segment

FRIWO has lowered its forecast for 2026: the group now expects full‑year revenue of around €60m (previously €67–77m) and anticipates adjusted group EBIT in the low single‑digit million‑euro loss range instead of previously slightly positive. Reasons are persistently weak demand in e‑mobility, transportation & logistics and specialized tools & equipment; however, order intake rose to €44.9m in the first six months (book‑to‑bill >1.6). Supply bottlenecks and longer lead times are shifting parts of revenue into 2027.
