Future Metals announces it will withdraw its admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM on 5 November 2025 while retaining its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The company cited limited incremental value for shareholders, difficult capital-raising conditions in the UK, low trading volume, and the costs and regulatory burden of a dual listing. Depositary Interests (DIs) will be transferred one-for-one into the Australian share register; the DI facility will close on 12 November 2025. Future Metals has appointed Keith Bowes as its new managing director and CEO. Bowes brings more than 30 years of experience in commodity project development, metallurgy and operational management, including roles at Anglo American and BHP and senior positions at junior mining companies.
