Galantas Gold reports that on 10 September warrants for 25,000 common shares were exercised at an exercise price of C$0.12 per share. The company has applied for admission of the new shares to trading on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange, expected to be effective around 18 September. On admission, the issued share capital will increase to 837,165,093 common shares; the new shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares. Galantas Gold has begun a 15,000-metre drilling program at the Andacollo project near La Serena. The program targets extensions of high-grade gold zones, newly identified gold mineralization and copper mineralization, including possible porphyry copper occurrences near the Carmen de Andacollo mine. Galantas Gold has sold its indirect 20% interest in the Omagh gold project in Northern Ireland to Ocean Partners UK for $5.0m. About $3.26m of the purchase price was used to repay existing liabilities to Ocean Partners; the carrying value of the interest was around $4.1m as of 30 June 2026. After the sale Galantas holds no stake in the project and will focus on its gold and copper projects in Chile.
