Adjusted EBITDA was £0.3m, in line with expectations. SmartVault contributed materially with 16% ARR growth and a strong uptick in new business in H2 (+65%), while Workiro gained momentum in the corporate customer segment. GetBusy has announced a reorganization of its shareholder group, with Greg Wilkinson no longer included and the Reckon Limited Performance Share Plan Trust no longer holding any shares. The group now consists of Clive Rabie and Daniel Rabie, who together hold 22.5% of the shares, and under takeover code rules, they may acquire more shares as long as their combined holding remains below 30%.
