Glenveagh shareholders passed a new remuneration policy and a special option plan for the CEO at the general meeting, despite 28% and 35% voting against the respective resolutions. Glenveagh delivered 2,568 units in 2025 (+11%) and achieved a record revenue of €926m, with group gross margin rising to 21.4%. The partnership business made a significant contribution: revenue increased from €238m to €381m, and gross profit multiplied to €69.3m. Net debt fell to €168m, EBITDA rose to €147.7m and profit after tax to €107.6m.
