Growthpoint Properties Limited has completed the sale of its entire 14.2% stake in NewRiver REIT plc, disposing of 67.4 million ordinary shares at 75 pence each for gross proceeds of £50.5 million. The placing was conducted, according to the announcement, with strong interest from existing and new investors; Panmure Liberum Limited acted as sole bookrunner and settlement is scheduled for 15 August 2025.
