Hammerson prices 250-million-pound bond with 5.875% coupon

Hammerson has priced a £250 million bond due on 8 June 2033 with a 5.875% coupon and a spread of 107 basis points over the 4.125% Treasury Gilt 2033. The order book was oversubscribed (peak > £1.1 billion). Using interest-rate swaps, the company converts the fixed coupon into a floating SONIA-based rate plus 131 basis points, yielding an initial net interest rate of 5.04% and reducing the share of fixed-rate gross debt from 95% to 84%. The issue is scheduled for 8 September, increases Hammerson’s liquidity (as of 30.06.2026: £500 million) and comes ahead of the maturity of a 2027 green bond of €700 million. » Więcej na de.investing.com
Hammerson publishes prospectus supplement for £5bn EMTN programme

Hammerson has published a prospectus supplement dated 28 August 2026 for its Euro Medium Term Note programme with a total size of £5,000,000,000. The Financial Conduct Authority has approved the document and it has been filed with the National Storage Mechanism.
