At the annual meeting of the American Society of Retina Specialists, Harrow presented data on IHEEZO (chloroprocaine gel) and the biosimilar BYOOVIZ. Investigators reported that IHEEZO was associated with tended-to-be less pain and fewer ocular symptoms after intravitreal injections; a retrospective analysis showed no increased risk of endophthalmitis. Harrow is continuing to recruit for the randomized QUELL study (≈236 patients), with initial results expected in Q4 2026.
