HICL Infrastructure records strong full-year results and raises dividend target

HICL Infrastructure reports for the year ended 31 March 2026 a total return on net asset value (NAV) of 10.3% and a total shareholder return of 13.1%. HICL Infrastructure announces third interim dividend of 2.09 pence

HICL Infrastructure has announced a third interim dividend of 2.09 pence per ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2026. Shares will trade ex-dividend from 5 March 2026, with payment on 31 March 2026 to shareholders on the register on 6 March 2026. For UK tax purposes, 61% of the distribution will be treated as a interest distribution. HICL Infrastructure reports strong half-year results and plans merger with TRIG

HICL Infrastructure reported for the half-year to 30 September 2025 a rise in NAV per share of 2.9 pence to 156.0 pence and an annualised portfolio return of 10.3%. Cash cover of the dividend improved to 1.10x, the buyback programme was expanded and contributed 0.9 pence to NAV. HICL completed sales of UK PPP projects in line with previous valuations, reduced short-dated risks and realised sales of over £730m in 24 months.
