Holcim cuts 2025 dividend to CHF 1.70; total payout CHF 1.71bn

For 2025 Holcim set a dividend of CHF 1.70 per share, a decrease of 45.16% from the previous year. The total payout amounts to CHF 1.71 billion, 9.17% above the prior year, while the dividend yield falls to 2.19% (previous year 3.55%). The share traded at CHF 76.26 on the AGM day and is trading ex-dividend; the one-year price performance is +52.80%, and the total return (price plus dividend) is +57.19%. Holcim confirms targets despite revenue and profit decline in first quarter

Holcim reports a 4.8% decline in revenue to 3.52 billion Swiss francs in the first quarter and an 11.2% lower recurring operating profit of 431 million Swiss francs, weighed down by a severe winter, currency effects and divestments of country businesses. On an organic basis the company grew 3.9% and organic EBIT rose 8.3% thanks to strict cost discipline and stronger demand for premium and sustainable products.
