Horizon Technology Finance has completed its merger with Monroe Capital and will continue as the surviving company. On a pro forma basis the combined company has net assets of approximately USD 471.7 million and about USD 141.1 million in cash, which will be used partly to repay liabilities and for new investments. Horizon issued 20,370,693 new common shares; former MRCC shareholders hold 29.86% and Horizon shareholders 70.14% of the merged company.
