H&R’s management has decided to prepare the relocation of the company’s share listing from the regulated market (Prime Standard) to the over‑the‑counter segment Scale at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and to file the necessary applications. At the same time, applications to revoke the listings in Düsseldorf and Hamburg are to be submitted. The aim is to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens while maintaining capital market presence; according to the Standortfördergesetz the move is permissible without an accompanying delisting takeover offer.
