Instil Bio ends license agreement with ImmuneOnco; rights to drug candidates revert

Instil Bio said in an SEC filing that subsidiary Axion Bio and ImmuneOnco have mutually agreed to immediately terminate the license and collaboration agreement. The development and commercialization rights for AXN-2510 and AXN-27M licensed outside China revert to ImmuneOnco; Axion is stopping clinical development of AXN-2510 and will retain a limited wind-down license.
