Jericho Energy Ventures Aktie

SmartKem has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Jericho Energy Ventures on a possible share swap and merger. Under the LOI Jericho shareholders would hold 65% and SmartKem shareholders 35% of the new publicly listed company; Brian Williamson is to become CEO and the board would be majority-nominated by Jericho. The parties agreed a 60-day exclusivity period; closing depends on due diligence, approvals by governing bodies, a NASDAQ listing and additional capital.
