Kingspan has announced the acquisition of BMC Manufacturing, a developer and manufacturer of critical power systems for data centres, for up to €900 million. The initial payment is €850 million (€600 million in cash, €250 million in new shares), plus up to €50 million in performance-based payments. BMC expects €280 million in revenue and €90 million in EBITDA for the current year, which Kingspan says should double by 2027. For H1 2026 Kingspan reported revenue of €4.86bn (+8%), EBITDA of €626m (+9%) and operating profit of €487.2m (+10%). The company raised its full-year operating profit forecast to €1.125bn and expects revenue to be well above €10bn; the margin is projected at about 11% for the year and around 12% in H2.
