Kingsway reports record EBITDA in Q2 2026, stock barely moves

Kingsway increased revenue in Q2 2026 by 27.6% to USD 39.4m; adjusted EBITDA rose to USD 5.2m (more than triple) and net income reached USD 0.2m after a loss in the prior year. The KSX segment delivered a record EBITDA of USD 4.3m, and portfolio EBITDA was USD 7.2m, also a quarterly record. Management plans three to five acquisitions in 2026 and expects double-digit organic growth, but sees risks from portfolio complexity, ongoing turnarounds and leverage of around 2.7x. Kingsway Financial sells Trinity Warranty in management buyout for $8 million

Kingsway Financial announced the sale of Trinity Warranty Solutions to management in a management buyout for a total of $8 million, consisting of $5 million cash at closing and a $3 million vendor loan. Trinity distributes and administers warranty products for HVAC, standby generators, commercial LED lighting and refrigeration in the US; president and CEO Peter Dikeos remains the principal shareholder and CEO. Kingsway Financial Services reports 37% revenue growth in Q3 2025

Kingsway Financial Services posted consolidated revenue of $37.2 million in the third quarter, up 37% year‑over‑year. The KSX segment grew particularly strongly, rising 104% to $19 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $2.1 million; cash totaled $9.3 million with total debt of $70.7 million.
