Kioxia rules out closer manufacturing partnership with SK Hynix and aims to curb price rises

Hiroo Ota, CEO of Kioxia, said a deeper production cooperation with SK Hynix is ruled out due to antitrust concerns and complications with existing joint plants with SanDisk.
