High defense demand drives Kitron to 72% revenue growth

Kitron reported second-quarter revenues of EUR 295.70 million (+72% year-on-year), beating consensus estimates. Operating profit was EUR 28.30 million (operating margin 9.6%) and net profit EUR 21.40 million; the order backlog amounted to EUR 794.30 million. Growth was driven mainly by increased demand in the defense and aerospace sectors. Kitron benefits from defense boom – sales and order backlog rise sharply

Norwegian electronics manufacturer Kitron reports a 46% sales increase in Q4 to €234 million and says its order backlog climbed 50% to €709 million through the end of 2025.
