Land Securities reported EPRA earnings per share growth of 3.2% to 25.8 pence for the half-year to 30 Sept. 2025, driven by like-for-like net rent growth of 5.2% and a 6% reduction in overheads. The interim dividend was increased by 2.2% to 19.0 pence; the occupancy rate rose to 97.7% and rent uplifts on new and renewal lettings were 10%. The company raised its guidance for like-for-like net rent growth for FY26 to around 4–5% and expects the upper end of the EPRA EPS range (2–4%).
