Liontrust has announced the acquisition of River Global Holdings, the parent company of the investment manager of the India Capital Growth Fund, subject to shareholder and UK financial regulator approval. Once completed, the asset management business will be integrated into Liontrust’s active equity strategies division and continued under the Liontrust brand.
