Loomis has appointed Tobias Hägglöv as its new chief financial officer and member of the group executive management; he will succeed Johan Wilsby and assume the role on 14 September 2026. Hägglöv was most recently CFO and executive vice president at Elekta and previously held leadership roles at Recipharm, LEAX, Electrolux, SAS and Accenture. Loomis has agreed to acquire Transportadora del Interior S.A., a provider of valuables transport and cash-management services operating in Santa Fe and Córdoba. The purchase price corresponds to an enterprise value of 27.5 billion ARS (about 180 million SEK) on a debt- and cash-free basis; closing is expected in Q3 2026. With three new branches Loomis expands its Argentine presence and will be represented in Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Rosario after the deal. Loomis reported Q1 2026 EPS of SEK 7.88 (forecast SEK 6.90) and revenue of SEK 7.5bn (expectation SEK 7.42bn). The EBITDA margin rose to 12.6% and the US segment reached a record operating margin of 17.9%. Growth was driven by Automated Solutions and international business; on a currency‑adjusted basis organic growth was 9.3%.
