LS telcom appoints Walter Denk to executive board and plans CEO transition for June 2027

The supervisory board of LS telcom has appointed Walter Denk, effective 8 June 2026, for a three-year term as an additional member of the executive board. After a twelve-month familiarization and transition period, Denk is to take over as CEO in June 2027.
