LSI Industries beats Q4 expectations, stock falls sharply after margin warning

LSI Industries reports 51% revenue growth in Q4 to $234.6m

LSI Industries posted net sales of $234.6 million in the fourth quarter (+51% year‑over‑year), including 8% organic growth; the remainder resulted from the acquisition of the Royston Group. Quarterly net income was $6.9 million ($0.18 per diluted share); adjusted net income was $14.4 million ($0.38 per share) after excluding $3.0 million of acquisition-related costs. For fiscal 2026, revenue rose to $689.4 million (+20%), and adjusted earnings per share increased to $1.25 (from $1.07). The Display Solutions segment doubled quarterly revenue (organic +18%), while Lighting showed mixed results. Free cash flow was $9.7 million in the quarter and $39.0 million for the year.
