Matinas BioPharma: CEO Jerome Jabbour named interim CFO
The board of directors of Matinas BioPharma appointed Jerome D. Jabbour, effective immediately, as interim chief financial officer in addition to his roles as chairman, president and CEO. The appointment follows the resignation of Keith Kucinski, who stepped down effective January 17, 2026, and will remain in place until a successor is named or another decision is made.
