Megaport increased group revenue in fiscal 2026 by 37% to AUD 312m and delivered an EBITDA of AUD 77m, beating forecasts. The company expanded its network to 1,100 data centres in 31 countries, reported ARR of AUD 395m and compute revenue of AUD 44m (including Latitude.sh). The stock fell 6.1% pre-market as investors focused on large capital commitments, the significant uncertainty around scaling compute revenues and planned CapEx of AUD 1.3bn. Megaport has agreed to acquire compute-as-a-service provider Latitude.sh to link connectivity services with on-demand compute across more than 1,000 data centres in 26 countries. Latitude.sh provides CPUs and GPUs in 20 markets, operates over 7,700 servers including NVIDIA AI clusters, and serves more than 1,150 customers. The integration is intended to enable customers to deploy and network compute resources quickly worldwide; the deal is expected to close by no later than 31 December 2025.
