MSA Safety has acquired Autronica Fire and Security of Trondheim for about $555 million. Autronica generated roughly $160 million in revenue in 2025 and expands MSA’s capabilities in fixed gas and flame detection as well as its geographic presence. The transaction was financed with cash and an existing credit facility; MSA reports a current ratio of 3.17 and a debt-to-equity of 0.49.
