MTU reports strong revenue growth in Q3, margin falls

MTU increased revenue in the third quarter by 14% to about €2.42 billion; adjusted EBIT rose 2.9% to €349 million, while the adjusted EBIT margin fell to 14.4% (down 1.4 percentage points). Growth was driven by both the OEM business and civil and military maintenance, with MRO revenue at €1.72 billion. Group profit declined to €227 million (previous year €250 million). For 2026, MTU raised its revenue guidance to €9.5–9.7 billion and narrowed the target range for the Cash Conversion Rate to 55–60%; the adjusted EBIT target of €1.35–1.45 billion remains unchanged. » Więcej na finanzen.net
MTU rises after Citigroup upgrade; analyst expects significant cash flow improvement by 2030

Citigroup has lifted its sell recommendation on MTU and now recommends buying. Analyst Conor Dwyer sees the previous valuation discount versus Safran as justified, but expects a marked improvement in cash conversion and cash flow by 2030.
