NANO Nuclear has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Enveniam to explore collaboration in areas such as nuclear fuel transport, conversion/deconversion, commercialization of microreactors, advanced manufacturing, and domestic fuel supply chain and energy markets. The companies plan to establish a joint working group to evaluate business opportunities and potential projects; no binding projects or financing have been agreed. NANO Nuclear reports progress in developing the primary helium circulator for the KRONOS MMR energy system in technical collaboration with Howden (part of Baker Hughes). The project has moved from the preliminary design to the detailed design phase; Howden has completed 3D models, technical analyses and design reviews. Further work includes component qualification, material and performance testing, and manufacturing planning; in parallel, collaboration with Fortil on fuel handling is ongoing and a preparatory construction permit process with the U.S. nuclear regulatory authority is under way. » Więcej na de.investing.com

NANO Nuclear has signed a non-binding framework agreement with Tillman to deploy KRONOS MMR energy systems in Tillman’s planned AI industrial zones in the US. The partners aim for at least 2 GW of nuclear capacity by the mid-2030s and 6 GW by 2040, subject to final agreements, financing and regulatory approvals. Tillman is expected to become NANO Nuclear’s preferred supplier; the agreement includes warrants to purchase common shares worth up to $100 million and an initial allocation of restricted shares with a nominal value of $5 million. NANO Nuclear will provide its gas-cooled 15 MWe KRONOS-MMR module, and the parties plan to cooperate on site selection, licensing, customer acquisition and project execution. » Więcej na de.investing.com
