In Q2 2026 the company posted revenue of USD 0.2 million, reported an EBIT loss of USD 15.8 million, and held USD 580.0 million in cash after capital increases. Nano Nuclear expanded its operational reach along the nuclear fuel chain through the acquisition of subsidiary STS and partnerships with Tillman Global Holdings and a Baker Hughes unit. NANO Nuclear has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Enveniam to explore collaboration in areas such as nuclear fuel transport, conversion/deconversion, commercialization of microreactors, advanced manufacturing, and domestic fuel supply chain and energy markets. The companies plan to establish a joint working group to evaluate business opportunities and potential projects; no binding projects or financing have been agreed. NANO Nuclear reports progress in developing the primary helium circulator for the KRONOS MMR energy system in technical collaboration with Howden (part of Baker Hughes). The project has moved from the preliminary design to the detailed design phase; Howden has completed 3D models, technical analyses and design reviews.
