At the Micro-Cap Conference NetSol Technologies highlighted the accelerated transition from license and services revenue to recurring SaaS revenue and its North American expansion. In fiscal 2026 third quarter the company posted record revenue of $19.8 million (up 13%) with a gross margin of 55.6%; the full-year revenue forecast remains $73 million. Recurring revenue rose significantly and is expected to grow to about $35 million by year-end, supported by products such as Transcend Retail and Transcend Finance.
