NewRiver REIT will pay a final dividend of 3.6 pence per share for the year ended 31 March 2026, payable on 7 August 2026. NewRiver REIT reports adjusted operating result (FFO) of £37.2m for the 2026 financial year, up 22% year on year. The company completed a 10% share buyback and recorded an IFRS net profit after tax of £31.7m; the full-year contribution from the acquisition of Capital & Regional and annual net cost synergies of £6.2m were key drivers of the growth. The like-for-like portfolio valuation rose 0.7%, lettings were on average 8.5% above expected rental value (ERV) and 37.3% above the previous rent, while asset disposals were made at book value.
