Orthex increases revenue in Q2 2026 despite ongoing margin pressure

Orthex reported a revenue increase of 5.2% in the second quarter (currency-adjusted +4.3%), driven by strong growth in the Nordic countries (+12%). Adjusted EBITA fell to EUR 1.4m, weighed down by exceptionally high raw material costs, one-off project costs and ongoing price negotiations in Europe, while cash flow (EUR 1.8m) and net debt (EUR 15.8m) remained improved. Management has implemented price increases, expects their full effect by year-end and plans to restart growth in Europe once negotiations are concluded. Orthex reports a net sales increase of 2.5% in Q3 2025 to €23.4m and an EBITDA of €3.3m compared with €2.9m a year earlier. The company cites strict cost control, strategic product launches and a placement in the global top 10% of the EcoVadis assessment.
