OTC Markets Group reports record Q2 as revenue, income and EPS rise

OTC Markets Group posted record second-quarter results with gross and net revenue up 14%, operating income up 19% to $10.5 million and net income up 17% to $8.6 million. Diluted GAAP EPS rose 18% to $0.71 and adjusted EBITDA increased 14% to $12.7 million. Quantum Helium applies for secondary listing on OTC Markets and reports production progress in Colorado

Quantum Helium has filed for a secondary listing on the OTC Markets, which would allow its AIM-listed ordinary shares to be traded in US dollars during US market hours. Operationally, the Sagebrush project continues to produce oil, helium-bearing gas and water; helium concentrations of 2.5% have been confirmed and seven of eight wells are generating revenue.
