Oxford BioDynamics has signed a sales agreement with MK Commercial Group to strengthen US distribution of EpiSwitch PSE. Initially seven field sales advisors will be deployed, with the number able to rise to as many as 35 to cover key population centers such as New Jersey, Washington D.C., Virginia, Georgia and Chicago. According to the company, the test for triage after elevated PSA levels has a positive predictive value of 93% and a specificity of 97% and is intended to reduce unnecessary biopsies.
