Shareholders of Dalata Hotel Group overwhelmingly approved the recommended cash offer from the joint venture Pandox Ireland Tuck (Pandox and Eiendomsspar). Consortium shareholders voted 100% in favour at a participation rate of 89.34%, while other shareholders voted 99.87% in favour; all seven resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting received at least 97.73% approval. Pandox AB has announced a recommended cash offer to acquire Dalata Hotel Group plc for approximately 1.4 billion euros. With this acquisition, Pandox will expand its presence in the Northern European hotel markets and plans to further develop the Dalata portfolio together with Scandic Hotels Group.
