Polarean Imaging: shareholders approve delisting from AIM

Polarean Imaging shareholders voted 80.71% in favour of revoking the admission to trading on AIM; 19.29% voted against. Trading on AIM will be suspended on 23 December 2025, with the last day of trading on 22 December, and the conversion into a private company is expected to be completed by 12 January 2026. Polarean is establishing a "Matched Bargain Facility" via J P Jenkins of Prosper Capital to enable trading in the unlisted shares for at least twelve months; shareholders can continue to hold shares uncertificated through CREST. Polarean: XENOVIEW chest coil compatible with Philips 3.0T MRI systems

Polarean has successfully completed validation of its FDA‑cleared XENOVIEW 3T chest coil for compatibility with Philips MRI platforms, including the MR 7700 and Ingenia Elition X. The validation enables integration into Philips systems from early 2026 and expands the availability of non‑invasive, quantitative lung function assessments for Philips MRI users. Polarean Imaging delivers xenon MRI system to US health agency NIH

Polarean Imaging has received an order from the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda for a xenon MRI system for lung imaging. The system enables high-performance polarization of xenon to investigate innovative MRI techniques for better characterization of lung diseases.
