PolyPeptide has called an extraordinary general meeting on 26 October 2026 to decide on the public takeover offer from Samsung Biologics of CHF 44.31 per share. All incumbent board members have tendered their resignations; Samsung proposes John Chongbo Rim, Seungho Ryu, Cheol Woo Ryu, Mihyun Yang and Joonkyung Seong, with Rim proposed as chairman.
