Polyrizon has finalized agreements with the fourth and fifth clinical centers, thereby contracting all five sites for the first human study of NASARIX (PL-14). The prospective, multicenter, randomized, single‑blind, two‑arm study will treat up to 120 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis in a 1:1 ratio with either NASARIX or an isotonic saline spray. The European Patent Office has completed the technical preparations to publish Polyrizon’s patent application EP 4751737 for the mucoadhesive "Trap & Target" platform. The technology aims to increase residence time in the nasal cavity and improve drug uptake of intranasally administered medicines. Polyrizon has extended the exclusivity period and the initial negotiation phase for the planned acquisition of a 51 percent stake in Arrow Aviation until June 30, 2026.
