Hegarty partially exercised and immediately converted 6,000 shares, while Kos exercised his full option of 12,000 shares immediately after allocation. PPHE Hotel Group reported a like‑for‑like revenue increase of 4.7% to £208m for H1 2026 and like‑for‑like EBITDA of £49m (+8%) with a margin of 23.5%. PPHE Hotel Group’s shares fell about 10% to 1,540p after a sales process that had lasted more than seven months ended without an agreement. A non-binding offer from Fattal Hotel Group of £22 per share failed because major shareholder Euro Plaza Holdings rejected it, and Fattal subsequently withdrew.
