Primorus Investments has entered into an unsecured loan agreement for £400,000 with Susan Labrum and Lucy Labrum. The loan carries interest at 4.25% p.a. above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily and paid monthly in arrears. The funds are to be used as working capital and to finance investment-compliant plant; repayment in the first 12 months is only permitted on default, thereafter with one month’s notice. Primorus Investments has convened a general meeting for 15 July 2026 and sent shareholders a circular with a voting form. At the meeting it will seek approval for a new authority to buy back up to 29.04% of issued share capital. Primorus Investments has sold its entire 8.05% stake in Priority Intelligence Group PLC, despite a lock-in agreement prohibiting the sale before December 20, 2025. Priority Intelligence Group stated that it did not consent to the disposal.
