At the Morgan Stanley Healthcare Conference, Quest Diagnostics reported broad-based momentum and raised its 2026 revenue forecast to 8.3–9.2%. Drivers include higher utilization, increased revenue per requisition, new partnerships (Corewell Health, Fresenius) and a roughly 30% growing consumer business. Management expects operating margin expansion for the full year despite slower growth in H2 due to unenrollments from health exchanges and base effects. In the second quarter the company beat adjusted EPS of $3.12 (consensus $2.82) and revenue of $3.04 billion and raised its full-year outlook. Truist Securities raised its price target to $250 while maintaining a "hold" rating. Quest Diagnostics is adding Roche’s FDA‑cleared Elecsys pTau217 blood test to its AD‑Detect portfolio and plans to offer it to physicians and study partners in Q4 2026. At the same time, Quest will launch its own multi‑biomarker test (Aβ42/40, p‑tau217 and ApoE) at the end of August; using mass spectrometry it generates a score to predict Alzheimer’s pathology and showed only a 10% rate of indeterminate results in studies.
