Reabold Resources has raised at least £686,800 gross by issuing 686,800,000 new ordinary shares at 0.1 pence each. Certain directors and related parties are subscribing £282,000, and investors will receive warrants on previously agreed terms. The company is in talks for further funding of up to £260,000 and reports total gross proceeds of at least about £4.1 million from the subscription, placing and strategic investment.
