Revenio Group share plunges after margin pressure and high debt

Revenio Group reported significant reported sales growth in Q2 following the acquisition of Visionix, while gross margins fell sharply and the organic core business stagnated. Net sales rose to EUR 39.6m, gross margin fell to 64.7%, and net debt increased to EUR 238m (leverage 5.3x adjusted EBITDA). Management reports faster integration and already secured synergies of EUR 5m, but plans a mandatory capital increase of over EUR 80m and expects currency-adjusted revenue of EUR 190–205m in 2026. Revenio increases revenue in Q3 2025 by 8.1% and improves EBIT

Revenio reports net revenue of €25.9m for Q3 2025 (+8.1%, slightly above analysts' expectations) and an operating profit (EBIT) of €6.0m (+9.1%). Earnings per share were €0.173; for the nine-month period net revenue rose to €78.5m (+7.5%) and EBIT to €18.7m (+17.8%). The balance sheet remains strong with an equity ratio of 79.6% and net gearing of -2.8%.
