JPMorgan confirms its rating for Roche at "Neutral" with a target of 350 francs. Analyst Richard Vosser notes that Phase II data from partner Zealand Pharma for the weight-loss drug Petrelintide showed somewhat smaller weight reductions, but a Phase III study could still see mid-double-digit reductions if more responsive female participants are included. Roche reports positive phase II results for the obesity drug petrelintide: participants lost on average up to 10.7% of their weight after 28 weeks versus 1.7% with placebo. The drug showed a favorable tolerability profile and a discontinuation rate due to adverse events of 4.8% in the highest-dose arm, comparable to placebo.
