RugVista reports strong revenue increase in Q3 2025, shares fall sharply

RugVista posted net sales of SEK 167 million in the third quarter of 2025 (+15.1%) with organic growth of 18.4%, and increased gross margin to 63.4% and EBIT margin to 7.2%. Net profit rose to SEK 12 million (prior year SEK 9 million). Despite the results, the stock fell 11.41% pre-market. RugVista Group AB reports strong sales growth and significantly improved EBIT margin in second quarter

RugVista Group AB posted net sales of SEK 150.5m in Q2 2025 (+17.2%), with orders and new customers each rising 26%. The company improved its EBIT margin to 7.1% (vs. 2.4%), while gross margin dipped slightly to 62.5%. The share rose 4.75% in pre-market trading and is approaching its 52-week high.
