Schlatter reports an EBIT of 1.7 million Swiss francs and a net profit of 1.1 million in the first half of 2026 after a loss in the previous year. Group revenue fell to 49.1 million with incoming orders of 51.8 million; the bulk of orders, 46.3 million, related to the welding segment. The Schlatter Group reports order intake of CHF 51.8m and net sales of CHF 49.1m for the first half of 2026. Daniel Zappa will take over group leadership from Werner Schmidli as of August 1, 2026; Schmidli is stepping down on July 31.
