He replaces Ivor Macleod, who is resigning after nearly four years and will remain to support the transition through Oct. 9. Subramanian brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, capital markets and business development in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, most recently serving as CFO and head of business development at Inozyme Pharma. Upon appointment he received an option on 100,000 common shares at an exercise price of USD 4.91 per share, with a four-year vesting period and a ten-year term.
