At the general meeting, shareholders of SDCL Efficiency Income Trust voted by a large majority in favor of an amended investment objective to enable an orderly wind-up (98.12%). With 98.36% approval, the dissolution of the capital reserve to create additional distributable reserves was also authorized, and 97.94% voted to remove the continuation vote rule.
