Semperit expects operating EBITDA for full-year 2026 (excluding project costs of about EUR 5m) of around EUR 115m (previously ~EUR 100m). Reported EBITDA for Q3 2026 is estimated at about EUR 27m, and reported EBITDA for Q1–3 2026 at around EUR 94m. Due to planned divestments, a one-off, non-cash impairment of approximately EUR 8m is expected in Q3, which will weigh on EBIT. The suspensive condition has been met; a three‑month extension will not be applied.
